QuickBooks Online is coming to Otto Capture

We run our own accounting practice, and we built Otto Capture because we could not find a receipt capture tool that did everything we wanted.

Documents reach Otto however suits the person holding them: uploaded, emailed to an address branded to your practice, sent over WhatsApp, or through a page each client can use with no app and no account. Otto reads each one, pulls out the supplier, dates, totals, and line items, and suggests the nominal code and tax rate from how that client's documents from that supplier were coded before. You review and adjust, and nothing reaches the accounting platform until you publish it.

Line items are extracted on every document rather than sold as an extra. Every AI model Otto uses runs under a zero-data-retention policy, so your documents are not kept by the provider and are never used to train a model.

Pricing is per client, per month across three tiers, and only the documents you actually publish are counted, so a client with nothing published in a month costs nothing.

When the integration is ready it goes to Intuit for review before it can be listed. That is a few weeks at least, and sometimes longer, depending on how the review goes. We will keep you updated as the review progresses.
